This is a renovation in progress of a waterfront cottage on Lake Muskoka. With a growing family and a love of entertaining, the owners wanted additional space and an updated look to the exterior of the dwelling. With planned additions out the front and rear, a total of three new bedrooms and expanded living area will be created. The outside is undergoing a facelift with new siding, windows, and roof design echoing "Old Muskoka".

This is a renovation in progress of a garage and bunkhouse on Lake Muskoka. The old garage and living quarters were structurally suspect and visually unappealing. To make use of this space, a total interior and exterior renovation is necessary. Plus, the owners want the structure to match the existing cottage and boathouse.

This is a newly completed exterior renovation of a waterfront home. The project included extensive changes to the exterior including a new 2-car attached garage, intricate stonework, alterations to the roofline, and new wood siding and windows. The minor interior changes took form of a new living room, entryway, and flooring. Now the original waterfront farmhouse blends seemlessly with other old Muskokan architecture in the area. This waterfront cottage is on a small lake in Muskoka and is newly renovated to suite the owner's lifestyle. A spacious new family room was added (left) and the exterior facia and roofline altered to produce a more appealing facade. Additional decking and new entrances complete the picture and ensure that the cottage is attractive at both the front and rear. As part of this renovation, the bunkhouse and shed (not pictured) were altered to match the "new" cottage.

This vacation home and former hotel was renovated with all the modern conveniences. A total exterior facelift - new siding, altered roofline, and accents like gable trusses - compliments the enlarged interior. This home was reconstructed using the existing foundation/footprint. The roof was completely removed and replaced with complicated truss designs, allowing for cathedral ceilings throughout. Both the interior and exterior were remodelled to produce a beautiful, comfortable, and spacious waterfront home.

This cottage was completely re-designed with creative roof configurations. The amount of natural light was increased through the use of extensive windows. With its new overall appearance dramatically altered, the cottage/home also benefits with an additional 800 square feet of living space.

This cottage renovation proceeded in two phases. First additions were construction on either side of the original Pan-Abode and extensive decking was added to the exterior. Second, the roofline was altered to add visual interest and new windows and siding were installed. The interior was completely renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and drywall.
