Project E - Exterior Renovation

This project was a major exterior renovation with the addition of a double entry 2-car garage. The existing home was a waterfront farmhouse that had been altered and added to over the years with little consideration for overall aesthetic cohesion. Therefore, the homeowners wanted a complete exterior facelift with an "old Muskoka" feel. The resulting home is 5,000+ sq. ft. in size and features a cosmetic roof restructuring, new windows, board and batten siding, and extensive cedar and stone details. The entire renovation was completed over the winter with minimal disruption so that the family did not have to "miss a summer season".
