Project D - Demolition and Rebuild on Original Footprint

This cottage was a demolish and rebuild project. Although the original cottage was not salvageable, the clients opted to rebuild on the existing footprint – even incorporating an original brick fireplace and chimney. The resulting 1,500 sq. ft. cottage boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Eye-catching stonework was added to the exterior to increase the visual appeal. Ample windows make the home seem spacious and bright despite its modest size. Browse our photos below to see the construction process and final products of this project.
