Project B - Demolition and Rebuild

This home was a demolish and rebuild project. The original cottage was in ill-repair and was far too small for the property owner’s needs. Rebuilding on the existing footprint/foundation was not an option in this case. Instead, the clients opted to demolish and rebuild from scratch – with beautiful results. The waterfront vacation home was made for entertaining. With 4,600 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, open concept home is just exquisite. Two Muskoka rooms, a stone fireplace, and soaring ceilings are just a few of its luxury features. A garage matching detached garage completes the overall picture.
