HAWKRIDGE
Hawkridge is a classic Muskoka cottage designed for challenging terrain. A partial walk-out and stone foundation work with the bedrock topography to create a look of timeless elegance. This vacation home has all the frills. With close to 4,000 square feet of living space, this home has all the amenities you would expect for comfortable living. The exterior boasts floor to ceiling windows and natural wood siding punctuated by decorative elements like gable trusses and coach lamps.
The main floor is truly a showpiece. Open concept living is embodied by the floor plan. Enter by the flagstone foyer and gaze across the living area out toward the lake. Living, dining, and kitchen areas blend together to form one large space for entertaining which is facilitated by the vaulted ceilings, kitchen island, wine cellar, easily accessible powder room, and double sided stone fireplace leading into the year-round Muskoka room. The master bedroom is on the main level and takes advantage of lakeside views. The master features a whirlpool ensuite, walk-in closet, fireplace, and French doors leading to your own private deck. Across the hall are the guest bedrooms and full guest bathroom that is accessible directly from both bedrooms (twin ensuite).
The lower level is a partial walk-out that can be converted into a full walk-out if topography permits.
