We offer complete client-driven construction services from a shell that you can finish off yourself to a turn-key project where you can move right in. Our construction team has a combined 50 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. We use only the best and most trusted local tradespeople and suppliers to finish your project on time and on budget. Our firm carries full liability insurance and is registered with the Tarion New Home Warranty Program. Only Tarion registered builders can legally construct new homes in Ontario. Key Steps In The Construction Process

1. Meet with our construction staff at our offices to review the plans, review samples, choose your finishes, discuss budget, and determine the extent of work to be completed (i.e. turn-key vs. shell construction)*. This is a FREE meeting.

2. From that information, our construction staff produces a price estimate, usually within 2 weeks.

3. We present you with our estimate and stipulated price. Based on the price, you may make adjustments to chosen finishes, materials, and work. This is a FREE meeting.

4. If required, we present you with the amended estimate and then draw up a Construction Contract based on the stipulated price. You have ample time to consider our offer and sign the contract.

5. Once the contract is signed, we schedule your construction along agreeable timelines and assign a contact person.

6. We obtain all necessary permits (i.e. building permit and septic permit) on your behalf.

7. Once construction begins, the contact person will keep you informed on progress and you will communicate any change orders through them. You may visit your site at any time during construction.

8. Upon completion of construction, you will inspect the work and any deficiencies will be rectified.

9. All warranty information, handbooks, and manuals are handed over to you.

10. We are available for after-sales service and we routinely visit our clients after the build is complete to ensure your satisfaction.

* To make the best of your initial meeting with our construction team and to help us serve you better, you should have a general idea of the types of finishes you would like for the exterior (i.e. roofing, siding, windows) and interior (i.e. floorcoverings, trim, doors, cabinets) of your project.
